Welcome to ActiveQuant Projects, the project gathering point around the ActiveQuant API.

AQ is a framework or an API for automated trading, opportunity detection, financial engineering, research in finance, connecting to brokers, etc. - basically everything around trading, written in Java, using Spring and Maven2. All is published under a usage friendly open source license.

AQ's code base is huge and IT professionals have written this package. Each one of us developers has years of experience alone. AQ has grown over more than six years and is with everything it offers the perfect solution for automated large scale quantitative finance and other buzzwords.

A very clean OO approach, resulting in an extremely well designed and thought through domain model guarantees consistency.
