Fixed a bug with filenames ...
Fixed a bug that slipped on windows where a file with the same name, but different cases was present in the repository. Windows couldn't handle that.

Deployed on new server
Every night at 4:00 UTC, the snapshot versions of the webgui are rsynced with the tomcat folder. At 4:30 UTC we shutdown the tomcat server and at 4:35 UTC we start it up again. Doing so ensures a maximum uptime, as doing otherwise, ie. redeploying every five minutes without restarting, usually results in java permgen errors.
